This is a feature illustration created for a February article in the Scotsman Guide Residential Edition. The author explains how mortgage brokers can use for-sale-by-owner properties to help find the perfect mix for success. In addition, I was able to create a hand-lettered headline. Both artwork and lettering were created digitally with Adobe Photoshop and Wacom Cintiq tablet.
